Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier.

Shipping And Handling Whilst we try to do everything
in our power to ensure that parcels arrive on time by prompt
attention to your orders, we can never guarantee delivery
by a specific date. We use reputable carriers, and
to keep our prices at acceptable levels, we have negotiated
rates for their standard service. However, should
you wish a more immediate delivery, we are happy to quote

outside the UK will be sent via Fedex. The total on your order
form will not include the delivery charge. Once we have received

No payment will be taken from your credit card until we have

date given in our acceptance then you may cancel the contract
and we will refund any money paid by you.
Certain food items may be prohibited in a country to which
they may be sent. It is your responsibility to check with

If you find any damage you must tell us as within 24 hours
of receipt of the goods. On receipt of the returned goods
we will at our discretion either refund the purchase price

Cancellation You may cancel your order at any time
within 7 working days of receiving your goods. Because we
supply food products we must insist that any goods returned
which are not faulty or damaged must be returned in their
original packaging with the containers still sealed. If goods
are being returned for reasons other than fault or damage,
the return cost will be borne by you. You will however be
refunded the cost of the goods within 30 days.
Complaints At M&B we work hard to ensure your satisfaction
with our products and service. If for some reason you are
not a hundred percent satisfied with our goods or standard
